The Company, established in 1989, is currently placing over £200 million in loans each year and is considered a significant introducer to the major lending institutions. This has provided the directors with direct access to underwriters – a considerable benefit in an industry which in recent years has become very cautious.

The directors have a long established reputation built upon commitment and integrity. They are committed to giving the viability of each proposal a realistic appraisal at the outset and you will receive sympathetic attention at all times.

The Directors

Peter Stokes
Peter joined Barclays Bank in the late 1980's, where he progressed to Head Mortgage Specialist, charged with the promotion & administration of the Bank’s mortgage products to customers. He joined Davidson Deem in the mid 1990's as a partner, and in recent years has taken on more responsibility, as the founding partners moved towards the role of consultants. He has been particularly active in introducing I.T. systems to ensure that the increased volumes of business did not detract from the quality of service, in which the company prided itself.

Brian Keane
Brian has over 16 years experience in the finance industry. He joined the partnership in 2001 from NatWest Bank, where he was the Senior Business Manager in a major branch. His experience includes a period as Mortgage Advisor, Area Business Advisor, as well as significant experience in arranging commercial finance in all "shapes and sizes".

Consultants

Nigel Simpson
Nigel has over 20 years experience in the U.K. lending industry with several major lenders. As Branch Manager with the Alliance & Leicester Plc, he was responsible for the marketing of residential and commercial mortgages throughout the south of England. As a professionally qualified mortgage advisor, before joining the company, he was involved in a specialist mortgage role as manager with HSBC Plc.
