Levels Of Service
Davidson Deem Ltd now offer two levels of service for residential and buy-to-let mortgages. The first level of service (direct) is a truly independent level of service, where the entire market is researched, including products which are only available to you if you apply to the lender directly yourself. A fee is charged for this service, typically no more than £300. This fee will be refunded to you if you end up selecting a product upon which we receive a commission.
The second level of service (broker) is in virtually all cases free of charge. Our research is based only on lenders that allow us to handle your application from start to finish, and who pay us a commission.
